From Our Family

Why We Chose It

Getting our crew from the car to a soccer field, a beach, or a Fourth of July parade used to look like a small caravan of overloaded parents. Between the folding chairs, the cooler, the sports bags, and at least one little one who has decided their legs no longer work, we were making three trips across the parking lot while the game was already starting. We needed something that could haul both the gear and the passengers in one shot.

Enter the Sekey 500-pound double decker folding wagon, which has become the unofficial pack mule of our family outings. The two decks are the magic—we load the little ones’ soccer gear on one level and the cooler and chairs on the other, and suddenly it is one trip instead of three. It folds flat to fit in the trunk alongside everything else, and the all-terrain wheels roll over grass and gravel without us having to drag it, which matters when the field parking is always the farthest possible field.

We looked at a few single-deck wagons and some cheaper folding carts, but the single layers filled up fast and the flimsier carts did not inspire much confidence with a real load on board. The Sekey beat them on sheer hauling capacity—that 500-pound rating and the second deck mean it swallows a family-of-eight’s worth of stuff—while still folding down small and rolling easily over rough ground. It is not fancy, but on a busy Saturday it turns a chaotic, multi-trip scramble into one loaded wagon and a much calmer walk to the field. That alone earned its keep.
